Music can play a significant role in supporting the mental health of teenagers, providing both emotional and psychological benefits. I have launched an ongoing fund raiser to help teens purchase instruments , lessons, and anything else needed to learn music.
Our anxiety therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you manage symptoms of anxiety, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome anxiety and improve your mental well-being.
Your support and contributions will enable teens to use music as therapy.
I also collect gently used music instruments as well as any other equipment to help the teens.
